EKOBIOTENOL BET B/R Fluid Noformix for molding usage is water mixture with paraffin wax with addition of substance counteracting adherence of concrete to moulds. Advantage of this fluid is good surface covering of the moulds, and low wear to cover the moulds. Application: Noformix is used to lubricate metal moulds, steel moulds, wood moulds, ceramic moulds, concrete plastic moulds and silicone – resin moulds in production of concrete elements. Counteracts of adhering the concrete to mould surface, and this makes it easy to achive the separation of ready concrete product from the mould, and maintain smooth surface of ready product. Usage: Base: steel, ceramic, plastic, silicone – resin and wooden. In case of using wooden moulds, the fluid should be used two times: first time, 2 hours before using the mould, and the second time directly before mould usage. Next mould usage requires just one covering of this fluid. Overlay methods : NOFORMIX can be layed by a paintbrush, paint roller, by pneumatic spraying method or by hydrodynamic spraying. There is also a possibility to lay this fluid by dipping.
